At Cerca-La-Source, about 50 kilometers from Hinche, MINUSTAH has built a new Justice of the Peace Court, inaugurated on December 4th. The Quick Impact Project (QIP) cost approximately U.S. $110,000. The building includes a courtroom, five offices, two toilets and an area for holding people in custody. An entrance for disabled persons has also been provided. Although Cerca-La-Source was elevated to 'town' status back in 1835, this is the first time that a Cerca-La-Source Magistrates Court has it's own designated buidling.

Il comporte une salle d’audience, 5 bureaux, deux toilettes et une garde à vue. Bien que Cerca-La-Source ait été élevé au rang de commune en 1835, c’est la première fois que le tribunal de paix dispose de ses propres locaux.
