- The United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) intends to solicit proposals for the “PROVISION OF MOBILE PHONES AND DATA SERVICES TO MINUSTAH in HAITI.”.
- For this purpose, MINUSTAH will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly. Accordingly, MINUSTAH would issue Request for Proposal to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill MINUSTAH’s requirements. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a price proposal.
SPECIFICATIONS;
Brief specifications for the PROVISION OF MOBILE PHONES AND DATA SERVICES TO MINUSTAH in HAITI;
- MINUSTAH CITS seeks a service provider who shall provide to MINUSTAH with cellular phone services, and relatd DATA services to operate with the phones, for a minimum of four hundred (400) phones lines, which may increase on an "as and when" required basis up to a maximum of six hundred (1000) phone lines. The terms and conditions will be provided with the statement of works defining the full requirement to all prospective vendors during the solicitation period.
- Taking into consideration the above, the Mission is seeking to establish a non-exclusive Contract for an initial period of 2 (two) years with the option of extensions for additional 3 (1+1+1) one year extensions, subject to extension of MINUSTAH’s mandate, availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the Contractor.

- The United Nations Stablization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) is looking for qualified company for the Provision of Drinking Water and Associated Services in support of the United Nations Stablization Mission in Haiti
- The intent of this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is to encourage experienced, reputable qualified companies to apply for registration as a UN vendor so that they can be invited to bid in such solicitations in future. The selected contractor is expected to supply and deliver drinking water fit for human consumption to individual end-user locations throughout MINUSTAH offices in Haiti.

The successful service provider is expected to certify that the water provided is fit for Human consumption in accordance with World Health Organization standards. within the code of Practice for bottled water/Packaged Drinking Water.

- The United Nations Stablization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) is looking for qualified air ambulance operators for the provision of Aero-Medical Evacuation / Air Ambulance Services and Medical Services.
- The intent of this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is to encourage experienced, reputable aircraft operators to apply for registration as a UN vendor so that they can be invited to bid in such solicitations in future.
- The selected contractor is expected to provide 24 hours/7 days prompt aero-medical services within shortest possible response time for inbound flights from the operator’s base to the Mission area and for outbound flights from the Mission area to the approved medical facilities or designated out of mission medical evacuation points, as and when required. The services shall include patient care services for all categories of patients suffering from all nature of illness and injuries by medical flight crew registered and licensed with an accredited professional institution.
- The successful service provider is expected to have an aircraft equipped with crew, medical personnel and equipment which shall remain at the services of the Contractor and the company must be accredited by the carrier’s civil aviation authority authorizing the Contractor to render aeromedical evacuation services. The Contractor must possess a valid Air Operator Certificate authoring them to conduct the type of operations in the designated region and with all types of aircraft, which they intend to offer for United Nations contract.
