Hello everybody and welcome to our first MINUSTAH Walks. This is a long format conversation with interesting people where we try and delve into their lives, the path they traveled, the lessons they’ve learned and the things they would change if they could.

My name is Logan Abassi and I will be your host for today’s interview with Alfred Podritschnig. Alfred has had a long and varied career with the United Nations. He has traveled the world and now, after 40 years, he is retiring.

I took this opportunity to take Alfred out for a walk and ask him about his life and what he has learned.
